PFC Administrative Magistrate: Alana Davidson (Phi Alpha Delta)

The Administrative Magistrate is responsible for ensuring that the by-laws of the PFC are followed and enforced. He/She is to draft resolutions for presentation to Legislative Association for passage in order to advance this objective, ensuring that they do not conflict with federal, state, or University regulation/law. The Administrative Magistrate shall also help advance the purpose of the PFC by assisting delegates draft all such resolution. Moreover, he/she is to interpret the PFC by-laws on all matters not relating to rush/pledging/hazing matters, shall preside over all special meetings of the PFC, and shall be the count on all votes on matters presented to the council. Finally, the signature of Administrative Magistrate is one of three signatures required to certify all binding resolution passed by the Legislative Association.
